At Nido Wellness, we are both the nest for you to receive care and a supportive place to learn how to nourish your own nest.
We offer holistic integrative acupuncture care and support that integrates the wisdom of East Asian medicine and traditions with Western knowledge. We are here to really listen, make sure you feel seen, and help you discover new ways of being in your body that feel good and help you reach your goals.

I’m Aimee Ruiz, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist since 2012. I started Nido Wellness to help you feel supported and held as you navigate trying to conceive and pregnancy. At Nido Wellness, we are passionate about Chinese medicine and reproductive health, and we love sharing it with you. With my extensive training as an ABORM- and OBAA-certified acupuncturist, you will feel well cared for and seen, all while receiving expert care.
We practice Traditional Chinese Medicine and are honored to offer this beautiful medicine to our Sonoma County community. In addition to being a seasoned acupuncturist, I’m also a trained herbalist. Nido Wellness offers an integrative approach that blends Western knowledge with Eastern philosophy and practices. We meet you where you are and support you as you grow along your healing path.
