We offer acupuncture and Chinese medicine as a holistic system of healing to nurture and support your whole being: mind, body, and spirit. At Nido Wellness, we are both the nest for you to receive care and a supportive place to learn how to nourish your own nest.
We offer holistic integrative acupuncture care and support that integrates the wisdom of East Asian medicine and traditions with Western knowledge. We are here to really listen, make sure you feel seen, and help you discover new ways of being in your body that feel good and help you reach your goals.

I’m Aimee Ruiz, a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist since 2012. I started Nido Wellness to help you feel supported and held as you navigate through many of life’s ups and downs. With my extensive post-graduate training, I’ve become board-certified to offer integrative fertility and pregnancy acupuncture care through both ABORM and OBAA. You’ll feel well cared for and seen, all while receiving expert care.
It’s an honor to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine and to offer this beautiful medicine to our Sonoma County community. In addition to being a seasoned acupuncturist, I’m also a trained herbalist, reiki master, and student of craniosacral therapy. Nido Wellness offers an integrative approach that blends Western knowledge with Eastern philosophy and practices. We meet you where you are and support you as you grow along your healing path.
